Slitting

Raw material manufactures produce materials in a wide Web format. Most of the time, these wide web materials are unusable by the end-user. We utilize lathe and rewind slitting technology to give you, our customer the custom width needed.

Steel Rule Die Cutting

Utilizes blades mounted to a die board to cut parts to your dimensions. The presses used can either be roll or sheet fed. This allows us to supply parts as individual pieces or kiss cut on a roll.

Laminating

Pressure sensitive adhesive are applied during the lamination process. We can laminate off-line on the laminator, or if the adhesive allows us, we can laminate in line during the cutting process saving you money.

Inline Level Wound Spooling

We can provide various widths and continuous lengths reducing the changeover time on your production line.

Rotary Die Cutting

Rotary die cutting runs at higher speeds using an etched cylinder to quickly cut parts. Rotaries ensure incredibly tight tolerances and allows us to laminate multiple substrates together. The rotary process allows to produce parts as loose pieces or kiss cut on a pad or roll. Additionally, we can produce parts with a secondary adhesive liner which is extended with a dry edge allowing for easy liner removal.

Molding

Molded Gaskets are a great option and could outperform die cut gaskets depending on the application and specified material. Ask us if molding is right for you!

Die Cutting

As with slitting, are multiple technologies used to cut flexible materials.

Water Jet

Waterjet cutting is typically reserved for lower volume projects, large parts and prototyping. Utilizing a high-pressure water system, we are able to Cut and kit parts to meet your needs. With your cad file we can nest parts maximizing the raw material utilization.

Extruding

We offer various profiles, custom and off the shelf made from multiple elastomers. Our extrusions are available in continuous spools, sticks and even cut to size.
