Slitting

Raw material manufacturers produce materials in wide rolls that are usually too wide for the end user. We use lathe and rewind slitting to give you the exact custom width you need.

Steel Rule Die Cutting

Steel rule die cutting uses blades mounted to a die board to cut parts to your dimensions. Our presses can be roll fed or sheet fed, so we can supply parts as individual pieces or kiss cut on a roll.

Laminating

Pressure-sensitive adhesives are applied during lamination. We can laminate off-line on the laminator or, when the adhesive allows, in-line during the cutting process to save you money.

Inline Level Wound Spooling

We can supply various widths in continuous lengths, reducing changeover time on your production line.

Rotary Die Cutting

Rotary die cutting runs at higher speeds, using an etched cylinder to cut parts quickly. Rotary tooling holds tight tolerances and lets us laminate multiple substrates together. Parts can be supplied as loose pieces or kiss cut on a pad or roll, and we can add an extended secondary liner with a dry edge for easy liner removal.

Molding

Molded gaskets are a great option and can outperform die-cut gaskets, depending on the application and material. Ask us if molding is right for you!

Die Cutting

We use steel rule, rotary and waterjet cutting to produce precise parts from foam, rubber, felt, film and other flexible materials.

Waterjet

Waterjet cutting is ideal for lower-volume projects, large parts and prototypes. Our high-pressure water system cuts and kits parts to meet your needs, and with your CAD file we nest parts to get the most out of the raw material.

Extruding

We offer custom and off-the-shelf profiles in a range of elastomers. Extrusions are available on continuous spools, in sticks or cut to size.
